TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ONE-TIME SETUP FEES

The quoted fees (e.g., $600 for Basic, $1,650 for Macro) are fixed costs for engineering labor, system configuration, and infrastructure provisioning. These are one-time payments with no hidden monthly recurring charges from Pragathisheeli Labs.

2. ZERO HOSTING POLICY

We specialized in setting up 'Always Free' cloud tiers (specifically Oracle Cloud). While we configure these to remain free under normal usage, the client is responsible for maintaining their own cloud account ownership. Any future changes by cloud providers to their free tiers are beyond our control, though we choose the most stable tiers available.

3. REFUND & PROTOTYPE POLICY

No payment is required until the 'No-Risk Prototype' is built and approved by the client. Once the final build begins and infrastructure is provisioned, fees are non-refundable as they cover specialized engineering time.

4. OWNERSHIP & SOVEREIGNTY

The client retains 100% ownership of their source code, domain names, and cloud accounts. Pragathisheeli Labs provides the engineering but does not hold your digital assets hostage.

5. SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS

Any modifications requested after the final system handover may be subject to additional engineering fees based on the complexity of the request.
